RENOIR Course on Single-Cell Technologies

This course focuses on new technological tools enable the characterization of molecular information at a single cell resolution for large numbers of cells.
The high complexity of the data that these technologies leads to novel challenges for the analysis. Specific bioinformatics and statistical methods have been developed in order to obtain robust information. The course aims to provide such methods to ESRs directly or indirectly involved in functional genomics project making use of single-cell.
